Wellness Program
All covered Smithers employees have an opportunity to participate in the 2026 Wellness Program. Those employees enrolled in the HRA medical plan have the opportunity to earn HRA deposits through completion of activities within the wellness program. You can access HealthCheck360 by downloading the myHC360+ app or heading to the myHC360+ website here.
The milestones are as follows:

Tobacco Attestation – HRA Deposits
In an effort to offer the best working environment, focused on the wellness of employees, we are a non-smoking workplace. Smoking is not allowed throughout the workplace and in company owned vehicles. Tobacco Attestation will be managed through the HealthCheck360 Portal.

HRA Incentive Deposit
- January 31st : If you complete your Nicotine Attestation OR Cessation Program by January 15th, 2026, you will receive your Non-Tobacco Incentive by January 31st.
